What you'll get:

• Individual Assessments: Individual Enneagram assessments from Integrative Enneagram for each team member. Includes a 42-page report ($130 retail value for each iEQ9 PRO report)
• Coaching: 30 minute coaching sessions on Zoom with Stephanie and each team member to confirm type and provide leadership development insights before the training workshop.
• Team Assessment: The team reports from Integrative Enneagram provides extensive data on how the team operates as a whole. ($180 retail value for the team reports)
• Training: Half-day (3-4 hour team workshop facilitated by Stephanie (in-person or on Zoom)
• Team leader coaching: Coaching session with the team leader and Stephanie on how to best support each team member based on their Enneagram type. Follows the workshop.

Workshops are scheduled in collaboration with Stephanie and customized to meet your specific team's needs.

This payment serves as a DEPOSIT for your workshop. The final total is based on your team size and other options you will choose in consultation with Stephanie.
