STEPHANIE FREETH COACHING

COACHING CLIENT AGREEMENT 2025

Welcome to coaching! Through our coaching relationship, it is my intention to accompany and support you in your journey of self-discovery as you reclaim your authentic power from within. As we begin our coaching relationship, a clear Coaching Agreement lays a firm foundation for our work together.

The coaching and facilitation approach that I share with leaders and teams is experiential. My primary goal is to support you in waking up to your full Creator power. In our work together I will call upon the wisdom of all three centers of intelligence in you and in me: intellect (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), body intelligence (BQ).

I will also draw from a variety of sources and modalities including my own leadership development and spiritual journey, including the Enneagram and Conscious Leadership to name a few. I am a certified 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership coach having trained directly with Conscious Leadership Group (CLG) co-founders, Jim Dethmer and Diana Chapman. I am also an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner. I have an MBA in organizational behavior, marketing, and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. I incorporate leadership development and management frameworks according to what is supportive to you in each moment.

In alignment with the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, I practice setting and keeping impeccable agreements, defined as “who will do what by when.” As we start our coaching partnership, let’s set some impeccable agreements.

OVERVIEW OF COACHING PROCESS AND OUR COACHING RELATIONSHIP

In my coaching relationship with you, I view you as the Creator of your own reality. My role is to hold space for increased awareness and acceptance and to support you in taking any actions and goals you set for yourself.

This type of deep internal awareness can open up your access to a broader range of behaviors and possibilities to support you in reaching your highest potential. This is long-term work that requires a high level of courage, persistence, and practice. It can feel messy and disorienting as your deeply held reactive patterns start to shift. I am here to accompany you through that mess and discomfort, which includes witnessing and inviting your inherent wholeness to arise.

I am not a psychologist, lawyer, or doctor. Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for making your own decisions and creating your own results. You agree and acknowledge that you control your decisions and actions.  Specifically, you completely and forever waive, release, and covenant not to sue me with respect to any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.

I do not guarantee that you will be satisfied with your coaching experience because the results you achieve come from your own courage, candor, and willingness to fully reveal yourself and engage in the process. If at any time you believe that the coaching is not working as desired, you will immediately reveal that to me and both of us will explore options to open up new possibilities.

All information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law.

As your coach, you can expect me to:

  • Take my 100% responsibility for:
    • Providing an easy way for you to schedule sessions using an online tool, Calendly
    • Showing up on time and being present for the complete duration of our sessions
    • Holding space for you to explore your full range of emotions and experiences
    • Listening to you from presence and asking questions that support your growth
  • Practicing candor and revealing:
    • Revealing my own experience during the session with the intention of mutual learning
    • Sharing any resources, ideas, and tools that may support your journey

I expect that you, as my client will:

  • Take your 100% responsibility for:
    • Establishing and/or continuing a daily meditation practice of 10 minutes per day. (I recommend apps like Headspace, Insight Timer and Sam Harris’ Waking Up.)
    • Scheduling your sessions using my Calendly tool
    • Showing up on time for each session
    • Providing me with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session
    • Coming prepared to each session with an issue you are ready to explore
    • Forming your post-session action steps
    • Following through on any commitments you make related to the coaching process
  • Practicing candor and revealing:
    • Being open to receiving feedback and questions
    • Revealing your experience of coaching and keeping me informed as to what may or may not be supporting your growth

YOUR COACHING PACKAGE

Your coaching package includes 12 sessions over a 3-6 month period based on mutual agreement of timing. These sessions are conducted by video (Zoom or Google Meet) or over the phone (or in person for clients in Southeast Michigan) and last 30-50 minutes.

If you need to reschedule our call, please give me at least 48 hours notice. Without this prior arrangement, a missed Zoom or telephone appointment will be counted as a completed session. I understand that emergencies come up, and we agree to take that into consideration.

Upon completion of your package, you will have the option of buying another package (which could be an individual or group package).

Throughout our coaching relationship, we agree to provide one another with a minimum of 14 days notice if/when either of us decides to go on a hiatus for a while (e.g. for summer vacation) or to conclude our coaching relationship.
