A structured three-phase engagement moving from diagnostic clarity to integrated leadership alignment.
This is not a standalone workshop.
 
It is a structural reset in how authority is experienced inside your organization at the highest level. 

Phase I: Assessment + 1:1 coaching

Starts with a precise Enneagram assessment process that produces both individual and team diagnostic data and reporting. 1:1 executive coaching will confirm typing data prior to in-person meeting. Includes:

  • Professional iEQ9 executive Enneagram assessments for each exec team member
  • Executive level report with 42 pages of business-relevant gold as well as team-level mapping and reports (72 slides)
  • Individual 1:1 coaching sessions with each team member (virtual)

This phase surfaces the often unconscious motivations underpinning how authority is held, individually and collectively.

Phase II: Executive Calibration Intensive

A structured, in-person half-day executive session where we explore individual and team dynamics using the Enneagram as a map to surface:

  • A deeper level of understanding of each person’s unique motivations, strengths, challenges, and blind spots
  • Team-level patterns as revealed by synthesizing individual Enneagram data
  • How Enneagram type structures inform decision-making, communication, and conflict patterns within the team

This experience provides the blueprint and reveals leadership development paths for this team, with these unique individuals, setting you up for more precise collaboration with less noise.

Phase III: Application and Integration

Following the in-person session, we’ll meet monthly (virtually) for 3 months to:

  • Translate insight into infrastructure including team agreements
  • Apply team Enneagram pattern recognition to decision-making in real-time
  • Refine how feedback is delivered and received by Enneagram type
