ABOUT
STEPHANIE FREETH
I'm Stephanie,
Founder of Stephanie Freeth Coaching,
where I empower leaders to harness the magnetic power of their embodied voice so they can speak their truth with authentic confidence and undeniable influence.Â
I’m a lifelong learner, passionate about weaving together diverse expertise and experiences—from conscious leadership and the Enneagram to body-based movement, sound, and creative practices that have shaped both my personal and professional journey.Â
In 2023-24, I embarked on a profoundly soulful songwriter’s journey with The Brothers Koren, co-writing and recording my debut album, Learning to Love the Break—a heartfelt collection of seven original songs that reflect growth, resilience, and transformation.Â
Since founding Stephanie Freeth Coaching (originally Adaptive Alternatives LLC in 2014), I have led a bold consulting and coaching firm dedicated to providing experiential, transformative support for leaders and teams ready to break new ground.
With over 25 years of experience spanning leadership development, strategic planning, revenue generation, marketing, organizational culture, and personal growth, I bring deep expertise to every engagement. My clients range across industries, including technology start-ups, manufacturing, non-profits, education, arts and culture, social services, entertainment, and philanthropy.Â
If you’re ready to lead with magnetic presence and heartfelt impact, I’m here to guide that journey.
Â
I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University, grounding my work in both strategic insight and thoughtful communication.Â
I am a certified 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership coach, honored to train and work alongside Jim Dethmer and Diana Chapman—the visionary co-founders of The Conscious Leadership Group and authors of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.Â
As an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner through Integrative Enneagram Solutions, with foundational training from The Narrative Enneagram, I bring deep expertise in this transformative tool that supports profound self-awareness and leadership growth.Â
An alumna of Leadership Detroit XXXIII, I proudly co-facilitated the Leadership Development program for Leadership Detroit from 2016 to 2022, helping cultivate emerging leaders in the community.Â
I also teach Leadership Development courses grounded in conscious leadership and the Enneagram as an adjunct faculty member at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona.Â
Outside of coaching and teaching, you can often find my husband and me on the sidelines—cheering enthusiastically for our two teenagers at their field hockey, basketball, lacrosse, and soccer games.

"Stephanie, thank you for today! The coaching was long-lasting…and understanding my 7/1 profile was extremely helpful as to why I’ve been having difficulty moving toward my goal. I was so productive in the afternoon and was able to finish all the deliverables I owed sales calls this week. I got them done early, and that feels AMAZING!! Thank you again!
