ABOUT

STEPHANIE FREETH

Stephanie Freeth is a leadership strategist and cultural architecture advisor working with established executive teams to refine how authority shapes performance, trust, and long-term organizational health.

For over 25 years, Stephanie has worked at the intersection of leadership development, strategic growth, organizational culture, and human behavior. Her work spans technology start-ups, manufacturing, non-profits, education, arts and culture, social services, entertainment, and philanthropy — partnering with leaders navigating complexity at scale.

She specializes in helping executive teams examine the motivational architecture beneath their decision-making, communication patterns, and conflict dynamics — ensuring that authority strengthens trust rather than unintentionally narrowing it.

Stephanie’s approach integrates strategic rigor with deep behavioral insight. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University, grounding her work in both analytical clarity and precise communication.

She is a certified 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership coach and has trained and worked alongside Jim Dethmer and Diana Chapman of The Conscious Leadership Group. As an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner with foundational training in The Narrative Enneagram, she brings a sophisticated, practical application of the Enneagram to executive-level leadership work.

Stephanie also serves as adjunct faculty in Leadership Development at Sonoran University of Health Sciences and co-facilitated the Leadership Detroit program for six years, supporting the cultivation of emerging civic and corporate leaders.

Her work is not about motivational inspiration. It is about intentional recalibration — ensuring that leadership influence compounds integrity, clarity, and sustainable performance over time.

Outside of her advisory work, Stephanie is a lifelong learner and creative practitioner, continually exploring how growth, reflection, and self-awareness shape resilient leadership. She lives with her husband and their two teenagers, where leadership lessons are often just as real, and just as humbling, as those in the boardroom.

"Stephanie, thank you for today! The coaching was long-lasting…and understanding my 7/1 profile was extremely helpful as to why I’ve been having difficulty moving toward my goal. I was so productive in the afternoon and was able to finish all the deliverables I owed sales calls this week. I got them done early, and that feels AMAZING!! Thank you again!
