Hi, I'm Stephanie,
Founder of Stephanie Freeth Coaching
My Story
I teach leaders how to harness the power of their embodied, magnetic voice so that they can say what's theirs to say with confidence and influence.
I am a ravenous lifelong learner who draws from a wide range of expertise and experiences, including conscious leadership and the Enneagram. Body-based movement, sound, and creative experiences and practices have been integral to my life. In 2023-24, I went on a Songwriter’s Journey with The Brothers Koren to write and record an album with 7 original songs. My debut album is titled, "Learning to Love the Break."
I own Stephanie Freeth Coaching, a consulting and coaching firm providing bold experiential support to leaders and teams which was founded in 2014 as Adaptive Alternatives LLC. I bring 25 years of experience in leadership development, strategic planning, revenue generation and fundraising, marketing, organizational culture, and personal development. I have worked with leaders and companies across industries including technology start-ups, manufacturing, non-profits, higher and secondary education, arts and culture, social services, entertainment, and philanthropy.
I have an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree in English from Princeton University. I am a certified 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership coach, training and working with Jim Dethmer and Diana Chapman, co-founders of The Conscious Leadership Group and authors of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership. I am an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner through Integrative Enneagram Solutions, and I have taken the foundation courses with The Narrative Enneagram.
I am an alumna of Leadership Detroit XXXIII and co-facilitated the Leadership Development program for Leadership Detroit from 2016-2022. I teach Leadership Development courses based on conscious leadership and the Enneagram as an Adjunct Faculty member at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona.
My husband and I can often be found on the field hockey, basketball, lacrosse, and soccer sidelines, cheering for our two teenagers.
