MOBILE APP TERMS — SUPPLEMENT (Stephanie Freeth Coaching iPhone App) βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ
These supplemental terms apply to your use of the Stephanie Freeth Coaching iPhone application ("the App"), and are in addition to the Terms of Use below for the stephaniefreeth.com website. To the extent of any conflict between these supplemental terms and the website Terms of Use, these supplemental terms control for your use of the App.
The App is operated by Adaptive Alternatives LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").
INVITE-ONLY ACCESS
The App is provided exclusively to current clients of Stephanie Freeth Coaching. Public registration is disabled. You may use the App only if Stephanie Freeth (or an authorized representative) has created an account for you and shared the login credentials. Account sharing and unauthorized access are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if your coaching engagement ends or if these terms are violated.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the App only for personal coaching reflection and the team applications it is designed to support. You agree not to: (a) use it for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or scrape the App or its server infrastructure; (c) submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates another person's rights; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) attempt to circumvent the invite-only access controls.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Coaching prompts in the Decision, Conflict, and Feedback tools are generated by an artificial intelligence model — Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or mismatched to your specific situation.
You agree that:
• All AI-generated responses are educational and reflective in nature, not professional advice.
• You will apply your own judgment before acting on any AI response.
• For sensitive or high-stakes leadership situations, you will seek direct coaching support from Stephanie Freeth or another qualified professional.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENT — NOT THERAPY OR MEDICAL ADVICE
The Enneagram type library, AI coaching responses, and other content in the App are educational synthesis drawing on the work of credited lineage teachers (the Integrative Enneagram, the Narrative Enneagram, Russ Hudson, Beatrice Chestnut, Ginger Lapid-Bogda, and others). The App is not affiliated with any of those institutions.
The App is NOT psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, or treatment for any mental-health condition. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or your local emergency services.
ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your account and every coaching session associated with it at any time, from inside the App, at: Profile → Account settings → Delete my account.
Once deleted, account data is permanently removed from our active databases and cannot be recovered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App's code, design, written copy, and curated educational content are the property of Adaptive Alternatives LLC. The Enneagram frameworks referenced remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and institutions; we reference them respectfully as educational sources. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App while you are an active coaching client.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptive Alternatives LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, including your reliance on any AI-generated content. The aggregate liability of Adaptive Alternatives LLC arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Adaptive Alternatives LLC, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
CHANGES
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
