🎯 What’s Included in Your Purchase
- Individual Assessments: Individual Enneagram assessments from Integrative Enneagram for each team member. Includes a 42-page report ($130 retail value for each iEQ9 PRO report)
- Coaching: 30 minute coaching sessions on Zoom with Stephanie and each team member to confirm type and provide leadership development insights before the training workshop.
- Team Assessment: The team reports from Integrative Enneagram provides extensive data on how the team operates as a whole. ($180 retail value for the team reports)
- Training: Half-day (3-4 hour team workshop facilitated by Stephanie (in-person or on Zoom)
- Team leader coaching: Coaching session with the team leader and Stephanie on how to best support each team member based on their Enneagram type. Follows the workshop.
