Stephanie Blackburn Freeth
Stephanie offers bold, experiential leadership development and coaching to C-level and senior leaders, business owners, and their teams. She is a strategy, performance, and mindset coach with decades of experience in strategic planning and leadership development.
Stephanie has a unique ability to see, sense, and describe precisely how and where leaders and teams leak their energy and innate power. When she looks at strategic issues, she also pinpoints where teams are caught up in unproductive, energy-draining drama, which is undermining their alignment and goal attainment. She often says, “The inner game runs the outer game.” She is adept at guiding leaders and teams as they learn to redirect their energy from a default zone of drama to creating purpose-driven results. She helps teams tap into their innate but often blocked sources of strength and power from within.
Stephanie draws from a wide range of expertise and experiences, including conscious leadership and the Enneagram, as well as body-based, somatic practices. She has an undergraduate degree in English from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She is a 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Certified Coach and an Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner. She teaches the Leadership Development Course and Executive Leadership Experience courses at Sonoran University of Health Sciences.
