Stephanie Blackburn Freeth
offers bold, experiential leadership development and coaching to C-level and senior leaders, business owners, and their teams. Founder Stephanie Blackburn Freeth is a strategy, performance, and mindset coach with decades of experience in strategic planning and leadership development.Â
Leaders seek me out at key transitions when they are:
• Starting a new leadership role and forming a new team
• Planning a retreat or offsite to discuss strategy and goals
• Feeling the cost of drama and conflict within the team
• Seeking real-time support for unresolved conflict within their team
• Wanting to get “out of their head” and into their body when they are making decisions
• Defining and discerning what they most want and desire
If you really knew me, you would know that I have the superpower of seeing, sensing, and describing precisely how and where leaders and teams leak their energy and innate power. When I look at strategic issues, I also reflect back how teams are caught up in unproductive, energy-draining drama, which is undermining their alignment and goal attainment. I often say, “The inner game runs the outer game.” I am adept at guiding leaders and teams as they learn to redirect their energy from a default zone of drama to creating purpose-driven results. I help teams make full use of their innate but often blocked sources of strength and power from within.Â
I draw from a wide range of expertise and experiences, including conscious leadership and the Enneagram, as well as body-based, trauma-informed practices. I am a 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Certified Coach and an Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner. I teach the Leadership Development Course and Executive Leadership Experience at Sonoran University of Health Sciences. My current and past clients include Leadership Detroit, the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and Gesher Human Services. I am passionate about helping leaders and teams create aligned cultures based on trust, responsibility, candor, and compassion.
